All videos, unless otherwise specified, are new and original, purchased from the distributor.

All videos are in the USA format of VHS. I do not offer PAL format for any videos. If you order a videotape and it will not play on your machine, you may not return it. DVDs are encoded to play in all countries.

Defective videos will be replaced for same-title videos only.

If your package arrived damaged, you must keep the box and contact me. I insure every package and can file a claim with UPS but if you do not save the box, I can not file a claim and you are not entitled to a replacement

Magazines are not returnable unless you received the wrong product

Defective videos must be returned to the offices of Winter Publishing, Inc.

If you don't like a video, tough. You buy it, it's yours. No returns allowed unless defective.

If you receive the wrong video, contact Pam immediately -- don't return it until you talk to me. If you keep it more than two days, consider it yours with no refund or replacement due
